Blossburg
After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our Blossburg location.
The office will close on February 29, 2024.
During this transition period, we are committed to ensuring that our clients experience as little disruption as possible. Arrangements have been made for our Blossburg area clients to continue treatment with their current therapist in our Wellsboro office. Also, when transportation is an issue, please keep in mind that we also have the option of conducting sessions by telehealth.
We remain committed to the well-being of the Blossburg community, and we will continue to work towards finding effective solutions to address the mental health and substance use issues that persist in our area.

We are approximately 1.5 miles south of Wellsboro, PA. From Wellsboro, take Central Avenue or route 287 South past Soldiers + Sailors Memorial Hospital. Continue on route 287 for about 1.5 miles and you'll see Lake Nessmuk on the right. Our building is the next building beyond the lake, also on the right.
We accept most major insurances and Pennsylvania Medicaid, a variety of funding sources apply, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to access the care you need.
